Scope and Contents This series includes the archaeological records of the excavation campaigns carried out in the geographical area of the Treia Valley, near the settlement of Narce in the Lazio region. The documentation dates from 1966 to 1986 and consists of correspondence, lists, maps, drawings, catalogues and photographs. The paper documentation in this series provides new elements about the excavation directed by Timothy Potter, the works of archeologists and volunteers, as well as the discoveries made. ...

Abstract

Excavated between 1975 and 1976. The excavation was conducted by the BSR in collaboration with a team of archaeologists from the University of Lancaster. The site is located near Rome, along the via Prenestina.
