The War Damage photographs consists of gelatin silver photographic prints taken or collected by John Bryan Ward-Perkins on behalf of the Allied Military Government, Division of Monuments, Fine Arts and Archives (MFA&A), as Director of the Sub-Commission for Italy, to document damage to Italian monuments caused by bombing throughout Italy during World War II.
