Processing Information

Some of this material retains the original order imposed by Eugénie Strong, and in some instances, it has been possible to reconstruct theoriginal order for particular sub-series using her finding aids.

The existence of Strong's finding aids suggests that many of the constituent sub-series may have been part of Strong's own image reference library. It remains unclear whether these images would have been used for reference purposes within the BSR Library during Strong's time there.
