1. Italian guidebook to Lucera bearing the inscription “GDBJ regalato da Torino Catapano, Aprile 1967.” - ‘Gifted to GDBJ from Torino Catapano, April 1967’; ‘GDBJ’ refers to the late Prof. G.D.B. GDBJ, Professor of Archaeology at the University of Manchester 1971-99, from whom this collection originates. Identity of ‘Torino Catapano’ (beyond their name) as yet unknown.
