This box contains index cards with larger-size photographs, mainly of archaeological sites and monuments across North Africa and Italy. The images focus on Rome, the Roman Forum and the Imperial Fora, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Campagna di Roma, Cumae, Ostia, Lepcis Magna, Sardinia, Malta, Nemi (galley of Caligula), reproductions of prints by Étienne Dupérac, Syracuse, Agrigento, Trieste, and Solunto.
