Correspondence with Clarendon Press, Oxford, 1920 April 21-1920 May 11
Item
Scope and Contents
Two letters attached together. Strong fervently asks Clarendon Press to provide a copy of a book to furnish the Library (with some revealing comments on the contemporary library situation in Rome). The second is a response from Clarendon Press which sheds a little light on the administritive and fiscal background of publishing in the early twentieth century.
