Strong is setting out the case for appointing an assitant librarian to help her with cataloguing and archiving materials, especially in preperation for the next academic year. Strong also wants to add to the list of rules for students at the school involving the use of the library and getting permissions for sites. Strong also notes that Mrs Ashby has had an accident and broken her elbow.
