Scope and Contents

This collection contains analogue and born digital images documenting the history of the BSR since its inception from the early years of 20th century to the present time. People, events, official visits, research trips and scholars, the building and its premises and surrounding area are the most prominent subjects of this collection which highlights the research and interdisciplinary activities at the core of the BSR mission.

It consists of more than 1,300 photographic prints, slides, transparencies and nearly 5,000 born digital images.
