Scope and Contents
This sub-series includes mainly correspondence between the Director, the Secretary of the Faculty of Archaeology, History, and Letters of the British School at Rome and its members. The subject matter is primarily concerned with the general administration of the Faculty's affairs, namely the management of scholarships and the selection of scholars, the Faculty's meetings and liaison with its members, the administration of the Library and the acquisition and purchase of books and periodicals, matters concerning the publication of monographs and Papers of the British School at Rome, enquiries for photographic reproductions, research and excavation projects supported by the BSR with financial support received from the Faculty or other entities.
