Contains lantern slides arranged in numerical order from B.04097 to B.04345. Subjects include building structures, archaeological sites in North Africa - Batna (Algeria), Djemila (Algeria), Carthage (Tunisia), Thugga (Tunisia) and Lepcis Magna (Libya) -, the Roman Forum and architectural remains and monuments from the Fora and other locations in Rome. The archaeological sites of Pompeii and Ostia, various landscape photographs of places in Sicily (Mount Etna, Erice, Palermo, Cefalù) and Lazio (Anzio and Ardea) are also included in this set.
