Sturch (BSR Honorary General Secretary) informing Beaty-Pownall that, as Chairman of the Royal Institute of British Architects (R.I.B.A.) Examinations Committee, he was an ex-officio member of the Faculty of Architecture; correspondence with Sturch concerning meetings and selections; letter by Sturch proposing that Beaty-Pownall remains as member after having lost his position as Chairman of R.I.B.A. Examinations Committee; correspondence with Sturch concerning meetings and appointments; correspondence with Sturch about the decision to leave the Faculty having ceased practicing. The original cover of the file (hereby included) is a recycled four-sided document of BSR, titled “En Loge Competition for the Rome Scholarship in Architecture, 1951 – Subject: A Summer Retreat for a Foreign Ambassador in Britain”.
