Llewelyn-Davies, Richard, 1912-1981 (British architect)

Biography/Historical Note

He was born in 1912. He studied at the University of Cambridge. His firm became influential in planning of hospitals and other public buildings.He was made professor at Bartlett School of Architecture in 1960 and from 1970 to 1975 became Professor of Urban Planning and Head of the School of Environmental Studies. He died in 1981.
