Biography/Historical Note
Printmaker and illustrator, born in London. Studied at the Harrow School of Art before moving onto the Royal College of Art in the late 1940s. Rome Scholar in Engraving, 1949-51. On return to the UK, Seward worked as a freelance illustrator, generally based in London, until 1975.
