This Series is concerned with files of award-holders who have applied for scholarships in the Fine Arts. It includes mostly correspondence between scholars and BSR Administrative Staff. Application forms and reports from scholars, reference letters and financial records are also preserved.

Abstract
This historical Series is concerned with files of award-holders who have applied for scholarships in the Fine Arts. It includes scholarships initiated in the early years of the BSR.
Arrangement
Files from this Series are arranged by name of scholarship and then by name of recipient, both in chronological order.
Separated Materials
Many of the files included non-administrative materials (art catalogues; photographs; artworks) which were removed. Art catalogues were added to the Library collection, photographs were moved to the Photographic Archive (Fine Arts Collection), and artworks have been included in the BSR Art Collection.
