Subjects include building structures, monuments in the Roman Forum and in Rome, including the Palatine Hill, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, as well as images of archaeological remains in Sutri and Toscanella. The archaeological sites of Pompeii and in Pozzuoli, and various photographs of places in Italy (Ancona, Venice, Volterra and Subiaco) are also included in this set.
